- Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your Order with Home Shoppe as they contain important information about the ordering, processing, fulfillment and delivery of goods from Home Shoppe, including limitations of liability.

- We provide an option to Login and registration that uses your email address and is not linked with an existing social-networking account. Purchases on Home Shoppe can be made without registering or logging in as well.

3. Our products
The products for sale on our web site are intended solely for purchase for specified use unless otherwise mentioned. We reserve the right to restrict order quantities to normal household quantities.
We endeavour to ensure that all the products on our web site are accurately described, and we rely on information provided by our suppliers. Unfortunately, on some occasions it is possible that our web site will contain errors and we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time. You should also be aware that actual product colours may appear slightly differently on different displays and screens due to differences in conditions at the time of photography and/or computer resolutions.
4. Your order
After you have placed your order and we have processed your payment we will provide you with an order confirmation by email. This email does not guarantee that the product(s) you have ordered is/are available and our acceptance of your order is not a legally binding obligation to fulfill your order. Your order represents an offer to purchase, which we accept when we dispatch your product(s) and send you an email letting you know that your product(s) has/have been dispatched.
In the unlikely event that a product is unavailable, we will contact you by email as soon as possible to let you know. You may choose to have a credit to your account or a refund to the value of the unavailable product. The refund will be processed through the same mode of payment as used when placing the order.
5. Membership Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age and must be able to form legally binding contracts under applicable Australian laws to place orders with Home Shoppe. If you do not qualify, you must not use our services.
A member is considered to have the authority of the person who owns or controls access to the email address provided by such member.
All warranties offered are the manufactures’ warranties and not that of Home Shoppe.
All products sold by Home Shoppe are covered by a standard guarantee against manufacturing defects, which is provided by our suppliers.
To benefit from this guarantee, please contact Home Shoppe prior to returning the product to us within 30 days of the delivery. We will attempt to exchange and return the product to you. However, given popularity of our offers and the fact of limited stock numbers, at times, this may not be possible due to stock shortage. In this case we will either offer you a similar product or the reimbursement of the purchase price of the initial product.
All prices on our website are in Australian dollars and include GST. Every effort has been made to ensure that prices on our website are correct and up-to-date however prices can change without notice. Home Shoppe has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed if pricing is incorrect. If an order is cancelled by us, all received amounts will be refunded. In case of refunds, you may choose to have a credit to your account or a refund to the value of the unavailable product. The refund will be processed through the same mode of payment as used when placing the order.

9. Use of Promotional Codes/Gift Vouchers
Promotional codes, Coupons and reward points can be redeemed on the Checkout page. Unless otherwise stated, a single coupon code (gift voucher or promotional code) is redeemable per order. At times there may be special conditions applicable to the coupon. These conditions will be explicitly listed on the Coupons page and you are expected to read through and abide by those.
10. Modification and Cancellation of Orders
Orders can be modified and cancelled as long as they have not been dispatched for delivery. In normal cases Home Shoppe strives to pack and dispatch orders on the same day you make the purchase within 4 hours of payment confirmation. 11. Force Majeure
Home Shoppe is not liable for any delays in performing its obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will endeavour to perform our obligations as soon as possible within a reasonable extension of time.

We are the owners or licensees of the intellectual property in the content on our web site including (but not limited to) text, graphics, logos, trademarks, design, icons, the arrangement of any of the foregoing, sound recordings and video and all software relating to our web site. We may provide you with the ability to send email invitations via our web site or invitations via Facebook to your friends and family for the purpose of inviting them to apply for membership.
