In the unlikely case that you receive an incorrect/faulty/damaged item, please initiate a return within 30 days of receiving the product using the contact us form. Please give us the following details
- Order number (Mentioned on your invoice)
- Item name and SKU (Mentioned on your invoice)
- Photo of the item you received
Our team will assess your case and take all necessary actions from there.

All postage costs associated with returns are to be paid by the buyer. You may however be eligible for a reimbursement of postage costs if you paid for your order via Paypal. We will process a replacement order as soon as we receive the returned item. Depending upon where they are located in Australia and if they need to be made to order, different products have different delivery times mentioned on the product page.
Home Shoppe offers hassle free returns. You can choose to get your money back, as us for store credits or a replacement item.
